•  Mobilise the early childhood educators from different regions to work together to support children through charity, training and professional exchange activities.

•  Promote and organize charitable activities that are beneficial to early childhood education and moral education in Hong Kong.

•  Donate for disaster and poverty relief based on our financial capacity, as well as any charitable events that are aligned with HKCRA’s mission and core value.

•  Cooperate with community-based charities in Hong Kong, to provide non-profitable social welfare services and activities, visiting service, caring, and assisting those in need.

• Focus on matters related to early childhood education, and strengthen communication with education departments and organizations from different regions.
